Private Retreat with Dr. Frank & Martina Kinslow

Sarasota, Florida October 24–25, 2026 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Overview

There are places where learning feels like information. And there are places where learning feels like remembering. This October, a small circle of ten will gather on eight wooded acres in Southwest Florida — beneath aging live oaks draped in Spanish moss, beside a quiet pond where water birds arrive without announcement. Here, Quantum Entrainment is not presented from a stage. It is practiced in conversation. In silence. In the space between words. Morning sessions unfold gently. Afternoon light filters through trees. During breaks, you may wander shaded paths, sit beside the pond, or visit miniature horses Salty, Rainbow, and Stormy in the pasture. Martina's sourdough bread rests on the table. An old jukebox waits in the playroom. And should you need it, "The Garden Suite" — our charmingly named bathroom — awaits at the end of a scenic three-minute walk beneath the trees. The journey there is part of the experience. This is not a hotel seminar. It is personal. Spacious. Direct. We invite you to join us for a unique two-day journey into the heart of the Kinslow System where you will be introduced to the newest evolution of Dr. Kinslow's work: "Watch & Wait."

Day-by-Day Schedule

1

Day 1 — October 24

Arrival and Foundation

The retreat opens with a welcome circle beneath the oaks. The morning introduces the foundation of the Kinslow System and the newest evolution of the work — "Watch & Wait." Most of us have spent years searching for greater peace — through new ideas, better habits, meditation, or spiritual practices. "Watch & Wait" offers a surprisingly simple invitation: for a little while, set aside the effort to improve this moment and simply become curious about this moment, just as it is. As the habit of "trying to get somewhere" begins to soften, many people discover that a quiet sense of ease, clarity, and well-being wasn't created — it is simply there. The afternoon is spent in guided practice with direct personal attention from Frank. The day concludes with a Nature Immersion Forest Therapy Walk guided by Martina Kinslow.

What you will learn:

  • The "Watch & Wait" approach — setting aside effort and becoming curious about the present moment
  • How the habit of "trying to get somewhere" obscures a natural sense of ease
  • Direct experience of Eufeeling through guided practice in a small group

Day 2 — October 25

Deepening and Integration

The second day deepens the experience. Morning practices explore how to let Eufeeling become a natural, constant presence in daily life. The afternoon focuses on integration — how to carry what you have experienced into your ordinary moments. The retreat closes with a final circle and time for reflection. On Saturday, guests explore the local area for lunch at their leisure. On Sunday, the group gathers for a special lunch at a local restaurant to foster community connection.
